Dibee successfully onboarded 36 new customers in 2023, achieving substantial sales growth despite economic challenges. The customer profiles remain a diverse range of industries, including logistics, manufacturing, and trade, as well as varying fleet sizes, from a few dozen to hundred vehicles. This demonstrates the solution's flexibility in effectively meeting the distinct needs and business scales of different organizations.
The increase in new customers also reflects the trust and confidence placed in Dibee's solution, setting the stage for our continued growth and customer satisfaction in the upcoming year.
Fueling Synergy
Strategic Partnerships for Seamless Customer Experience
In 2023, Connexion Vietnam achieved significant milestones through the establishment of strategic partnerships. The collaboration with PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL) resulted in the expansion of Dibee's affiliated gas stations to over 1000 locations across the country.
This collaboration ensures a seamless and convenient fueling experience for customers, with the participation of reputable fuel suppliers such as Petrolimex, PVOIL, SIS, SFC, HFC, Tin Nghia, and more.
Additionally, the integration with Epass (a business unit of Viettel Group) provides efficient e-toll payment and management through Dibee's platform, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Dibee is presently incubating a project that focuses on the development of a new solution to measure and analyze vehicle carbon emissions. This initiative aims to support the business community and the government in the efforts to reduce carbon emissions, ultimately contributing to Vietnam's goal of reaching Net Zero by 2050.
