We have received several inquiries about the types of vehicles Dibee can manage, limitations on the number of vehicles, and whether Dibee can meet specialized management needs. In this article, we aim to address these questions by providing real-life examples from our current customers, helping you gain a clearer understanding of Dibee's practical applications in fleet management.
What types of vehicles can Dibee manage?
Dibee serves customers across various industries, including logistics, transportation, manufacturing, commerce, services, and technology. As such, the range of vehicles managed is diverse to best meet the specific mobility and business needs of each enterprise.
In our current system, Dibee manages a wide range of vehicle types, differing in size, functionality, and fuel consumption, including:
Two-wheelers: Typically used by employees receiving fuel allowances, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) delivery vehicles, postal and last-mile delivery vehicles, among others.
Four-wheelers and larger vehicles: This category includes passenger vehicles seating 4-50 people, small trucks (e.g., minivans), medium/large trucks, container trucks, tractors, refrigerator trucks, and tankers. These vehicles, depending on their load capacity and functionality, serve various purposes such as passenger transport (e.g., high-level executive transportation, rental services for employees/students/tourists), cargo transport from warehouses to distribution points, port and province routes, and transporting hazardous goods (e.g., fuel, gas), among others.

Thus, Dibee can manage a broad spectrum of road vehicles without any limitations. However, as we currently focus on fossil-fuel vehicles (e.g, petrol, diesel) to serve the majority of the market, Dibee does not yet support the management of electric vehicles, CNG-powered vehicles, or other renewable energy-powered vehicles. Nonetheless, we are working to update our solutions in the near future to align with market trends and contribute to Vietnam's green and sustainable logistics development goals.
What management objectives can Dibee serve?
Fuel cost payment and fleet performance management
Typically, businesses apply Dibee for managing fuel costs and monitoring fleet performance. This is achieved through e-payment via a mobile app and automated management processes via the web portal. All transactions are synchronized on the system along with related documents, saving time, costs, and human resources needed for management tasks, eliminating the manual collection of receipts from each gas station (which is prone to errors), ensuring transparency in expenses, and reducing the risk of fraud.
Dibee not only serves commercial transport fleets but also manages fuel allowance for employees, whether these costs are part of a benefits package or business travel expenses. Utilizing Dibee for payments helps businesses improve financial transparency, optimize per-employee costs and enjoy the VAT refund benefit. Vehicle maintenance and repair management
Dibee will soon introduce a new module that allows businesses to pay for and manage vehicle maintenance and repair, enabling them to schedule, record results, and review the history of each vehicle, managed by specific fleet teams or departments. This proactive approach to maintenance enhances vehicle performance and lifespan, ensures safety during operation, and accurately assesses maintenance costs throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle, providing valuable insights for efficient vehicle purchase and usage decisions. Even if the business uses external garage services, payment and repair history with each garage will be easily managed, just as if the business has its mechanics.

Emissions measurement, reporting, and certification
Dibee is going to launch a feature for vehicle's GHG emissions measurement and reporting. This module is not only developed from market demand but also from Dibee's core expertise in fleet data exploitation and processing. We also connect customers with various partners offering different services, supporting them from planning to implementing sustainable development projects.

After being in the market for years, Dibee deeply understands the importance of continuous development to better meet customer evolving needs. Our goal is not just to be a service provider but to become a long-term, trusted partner, delivering both practical value and supporting customers throughout their dual transformation journey (green and digital transformation).
Should businesses with internal gas stations use Dibee?
Many of Dibee’s current customers have fleets operating on fixed routes or short distances (e.g., from port to warehouse in industrial zones), where internal gas stations optimize costs, ensure supply, and offer management convenience. In such cases, having additional stations from Dibee’s network will give customers more flexibility if their business direction changes in the future. It's important to note that while e-invoices may not be required for each transaction, as they are with external refueling, internal refueling still poses some fraud risk. In these cases, Dibee and our technology partner can fully meet customers' needs with a dual solution that automates gas station and driver management, ensuring internal refueling is easily controlled, transparent and does not require any person working as a gas attendant.
Can Dibee integrate with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS)?
Dibee offers flexible integration with TMS, logistics management systems, and GPS, helping businesses optimize management capabilities and gain a comprehensive view of transportation operations.
We have already integrated with the top GPS and device providers that are widely used in the market, and we can also implement custom integrations with specific transport and logistics management systems as per request. Can the fuel station network meet the needs of vehicles traveling to provinces or industrial zones?
As of 2023, Dibee is honored to be a partner of the entire PVOIL network nationwide, with nearly 900 stations, and the Petrolimex (PLX) network in key areas.
Additionally, Dibee continues to expand partnerships with local fuel station networks, especially in major cities and logistics centers such as Ho Chi Minh City (partners: SFC, Satra, Tay Nam), Hanoi (HFC), and Dong Nai province (Giang Son Thinh, Tin Nghia), among others. This ensures Dibee’s affiliated network has wide coverage, including rural areas.

Customers can rest assured when choosing Dibee, as our team will work closely with you to propose the most optimal gas station map based on your vehicles’ routes.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of vehicles?
Dibee’s existing customer base ranges from fleets with a few to several hundred vehicles. Our solution caters to various fleet sizes because we understand that the Vietnamese market predominantly comprises small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, Dibee can easily reach and serve a broader range of customers by developing a solution with a simple and flexible operational mechanism. With the flexibility and scalability to accommodate fleet growth, transportation purposes, vehicle types, and operational areas, Dibee is committed to supporting our customers' development every step of the way.
